Geordie Boy Pursuit 1995 water inlet.

Postby madguy » Tue Aug 02, 2011 8:19 am

Hi Guys.
Can anyone advise please? i have a 1995 Geordie Boy and on the back end there are two water inlets, when filling the tank if i connect to the left hand one it doesnt fill but if i connect to the right hand one the tank fills, however it fills very slowely and when filling water comes out of the left hand one.
If i leave the cap on the left hand one while filling the tank doesnt fill, i thought one might be a vent for the tank when filling but if thats the case why does water come out of it?

Also i have a Norcold fridge freezer, it works great on electric, both get very cold and work well but i cannot get it to fire up on lpg, the light on the curcit board comes on but it just doesnt fire up, any suggestions please?

Thanks guys

Hi mad guy

Bloody I pads will not allow your name to stay together .

Re water inlets:

Right hand one is for the onboard tank should just connect and it fill tank.
Left hand. Is for city water supply just connect hose through pressure valve and you don't use tank.

Not sure about if you are filling tank and it runs out of city supply should be a return valve in there.

As for fridge have you had it running on gas ??
It can take a while for the gas to get to fridge and start up after mine has sat for a while without being fired up it takes a while to fire. Just make sure it's all clean inside outside panel have you got 12v feed to fridge.

Hi Madguy
It would also help if you told us which model of Georgie Boy you have, there are several models and things can be different from RV to RV
