Winnebago Brave Shower head leaking help

The shower head on our Brave screws into a small black part with slots in, which go's into a gold coloured fitting on the wall head height, this is leaking anybody had the same problem does it all strip down or is it one large plastic valve which as to be replaced, as we are in Spain till the end Nov I don't want to mess till I have some idea what it does - any help Please
