Hi and welcome

As with most things it depends :)
Assuming its camping sites you're looking for rather than wildcamping or Aires then these are some sites we've used with our 31ft RV.
All have electric and most have water / waste.

For campsites I like ACSI as it also allows low season discounts at many sites throughout Europe. Be sure to buy the DVD as well as the book as the DVD lists many more sites that do not subscribe to the discount scheme and gives the same level of information.

You can find more details of ACSI on the Vicarious Books web site https://www.vicarious-shop.com along with many other useful titles.

Also worth a look on the ACSI website where you will be able to see exactly what information is supplied and check out a few sites online.

hi,
Thanks for the reply's i'm gonna book the campingbarcelona next week.I have mine stored out here for the summer so i can get out quite often to use it. It was the camp sites with facilities that i was looking for, its just good to here from owners of rv's that have used them before and can recommend them, it takes a lot of stress out of the job, As i say i'm new to this and knowing the spanish roads i'm scared of try'n to get in somewhere and getting stuck. lol hopefully as i get to use it more it wont seem so big and i'll explore a little more.

Untill then keep them coming and lets make rv'ing in spain enjoyable for everyone

kind regards
gary.

Spanish camp sites and the number of pitches available will depend on the size of your RV for example Camping Marjal at Guardamar del Segura have only a few pitches that can accommodate a 40ft RV and those tend to be booked again and again by the same British visitors. :(

Hi

We have stayed in a few in Southern Spain. Here are the ones we have been to. We are a 10 meter Thor Hurricane and the following sites took us easily. You may have to book as they are very popular.

1. Marjal Eco Camping nr Catral, about 30 km from Alicante.
2. Malaga Monte Parc, nr Malaga. (We are currently here until 1st March 2014.)

The nexxt site id La Bella Vista, nr Estepona, entrance is OK the lanes into pitches a bit tight, we are going on 1st March and I will be looking forward to the challenge.

Hope this helps.

Neil

Hi Paul,

Camping Bella Vista.

www.campinglabellavista.com

I have done a recce there, entrance is OK, main roads on site are OK, it is just getting on and off the pitches that look tight. We are still going on 1st March, fingers crossed.

WE were at Marjal in October too, we are still not sure we liked it there. It ticked many good boxes but we were glad to move on.

Regards

Neil
